Investing For Retirement
This handy little tool can help give you an idea of just how much you need to invest for retirement. For example, if you want to be able to withdraw $3500 during each month of your anticipated 20-year retirement, this calculator will demonstrate that if you earn a true 5% return (Not Nominal Interest Rate) you will need to have $533,215.74 saved up and ready to invest by the time you retire, or if you have less to invest, it can show you what interest rate of return you will need to earn, to make up for lost time.  The higher the return/interest rate, the lesser the amount needed to start. Trying to make up for lost time regarding retirement through real estate investing is a very complicated matter. Though complicated, it is not impossible. The earlier you start investing in real estate, the faster your retirement can start to grow.
